Terms of Use
These terms cover Botzmart and the local service-matching websites operated by Prasad Badal Incorporated, including our SMS program.

SMS Program Terms
Program name: Prasad Badal Inc service enquiry messaging.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you do any of the following:
- you send a text message to a phone number published on one of our websites;
- you call a phone number published on one of our websites and ask us to follow up by text;
- you submit a request or contact form on one of our websites and provide your mobile number.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We message people who contacted us first — we do not buy, rent or import contact lists.
What you will receive
Messages about your enquiry only: confirming we received it, answering your questions, arranging a quote or appointment, and follow-up about that request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.
We never share your mobile number, opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Using our websites
Our websites are free to use for finding a local service provider. You agree to give accurate contact details, to use the sites lawfully, and not to scrape, overload, copy or resell their content without our written permission.
Matching service
We are a matching and referral service. We are not the contractor or provider who performs the work and we do not supervise, warrant or guarantee any provider's work, licensing, insurance, pricing or availability. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. Verify licensing and insurance before you hire.
No warranty
The websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prasad Badal Incorporated is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the websites or from any work performed by a provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the websites is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Third-party content
Our sites may link to third-party sites and contain content provided by others. We do not control and are not responsible for that content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the sites means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
