Prasad Badal Incorporated ("we", "us", "our") operates Botzmart and a network of local service-matching websites that connect homeowners with licensed local service providers. You can reach us at pravansuh@gmail.com or on the phone number published on the site you contacted us through.
Information we collect
- Details you give us — your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your city or ZIP code and any notes you send by phone call, text message, chat, or web form.
- Information created by your enquiry — the number you called or texted, the date and time, call recordings and transcripts where the number you dialled tells you calls are recorded, and the message history where you text us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, the page you came from and standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure which pages are useful.

- To answer your enquiry and put you in touch with a suitable local provider.

Text messaging and mobile phone numbers
When you call or text a number published on one of our websites, or submit a request form asking us to contact you, you consent to receive SMS replies from us about that enquiry.

- Local service providers — the matched provider(s) who can carry out your job, so they can quote and arrange the work.
- Service providers who process data for us — hosting, telephony, messaging, CRM, email and analytics vendors, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing that service.
- Legal and safety — where we are required by law, or need to protect our rights, users or the public.
We do not share mobile opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while we are handling your request and afterwards for as long as needed for legitimate business, accounting and legal purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
