Call tracking, recordings and AI transcripts
Most owners know roughly where their work comes from. Very few can say which number, page or campaign produced the job that paid for the month. Tracking numbers and transcripts turn that guess into a list.
Which call came from where
A separate number per channel — your Google Business Profile, the website, ads, yard signs, van graphics — all ringing to the same place you already answer. When a job comes in, you know which of them earned it.
Every call, written down
- Recordings you can listen back to, with the caller’s number attached.
- AI transcripts — searchable text of both sides of the conversation.
- Voicemail, transcribed — nothing sits unheard over a weekend.
- Leads, not just logs — the job type, the address and what was agreed.
What a month of transcripts teaches you
You find the questions every caller asks before booking, the objections that lose you the job, and the price point where people stop. Most owners change their site copy and their quoting script in the first month because of what the transcripts show.
Handled with consent, on your terms
Recording disclosure is set up for your state’s rules, callers are told as required, and you decide how long recordings and transcripts are kept. Missed calls are the default, privacy is not.
The questions owners ask first
Do I need new phone numbers?
Only the tracking ones. They forward to your existing line, so nothing changes for you or for your customers.
Is recording calls allowed?
In most states, yes, with a disclosure — which we configure for you. Where two-party consent applies, the disclosure plays before the conversation.
Can I search the transcripts?
Yes. Search for a street name, a job type or a phrase like “basement” and find every conversation that mentioned it.
